This is an example of integrating the distribution of construction guidelines, test reports, and specifications at a building materials manufacturer using "necfru drive." Previously, materials were provided to agents and construction companies as email attachments, which led to issues such as split sending and resending due to size limitations, and difficulties in identifying the latest versions. To address this, information was organized based on product codes, projects, years, and revision histories, and the sharing target was limited to final versions only. By implementing access management via URLs, a system was established that allows viewing only the necessary range. Additionally, old and current versions were clearly distinguished, and operational rules were established. As a result, it has become possible to smoothly provide the latest materials at all times, leading to improved response speed for inquiries.
